Hey, I'm Aarsh

I am a UI/UX Designer based out of Phoenix. Currently, I am a UX Generalist at State Farm. I facilitate and lead design-thinking ideation sessions. Along with that, I create designs that are both stunning and usable. I follow a human centered design ideology, where I focus on the needs of the user first.

Blendline Motorsports

Blendline Motorsports is a start-up organization created by fellow car enthusiasts who were looking for more ways to interact and compete with each other. I am currently the lead UX Designer, helping to create a web-app platform. The software we are using is Figma to create the web-app.

MY Process

User Centered Design

Pekin Insurance Portal

This was a group project for a class where we had to design a portal for Pekin Insurance. The portal was to help the user with paying their bill, view their policy and insurance card, and to contact their agent. We had to transition to all virtual and remote work due to the Covid-19. We used a combination of in-person and remote surveys for user research. We designed the prototype using Figma, the client loved the refresh on their design and may end up implementing the research and design.

Caterpillar fleet management

Caterpillar’s fleet management application was designed as part of the company’s World Usability Day competition. Simple spreadsheets had been used by Asset Managers and Project Managers in the past to document and distribute equipment. This is a time-consuming process that isn’t always correct. My team and I were given a design system to work with as well as a short deadline. We created the screens in Figma and were tested by project managers that are CAT customers.

Bradley Safety Cruiser

The Bradley Safety Cruiser is a shuttle service that transports students, faculty, and staff to travel safely from place to place around the Bradley Campus area. I decided to design an app where students, faculty, and staff can track, order, be driven around safely. These designs were done with XD and came out looking modern and minimalistic.
